107The Northeast Texas Community College Police Department officially added its second commissioned officer on Thursday, Dec. 5th. Gregory Hollingsworth was sworn in by Chief Russell Radke as Staff Sergeant.
Hollingsworth has more than 24 years of experience in law enforcement. He recently retired as a state trooper with the Texas Department of Public Safety and he was previously Chief of Police in Winnsboro.

“It was an honor to swear in Sergeant Hollingsworth as the newest member of the NTCC Police Department. I have no doubt that his extensive experience in law enforcement will be an asset to our campus and I look forward to serving with him,” Radke said. “Filling this position is a big step in the right direction as we grow our new department and it showcases the college’s commitment to safety and security.”
